5. Prize: There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).
Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for each Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home to Orlando, Florida*; four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida*; and Universal Orlando 4-Day Park-to-Park Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe theme parks and Universal Volcano Bay water theme park for Winner and Guests.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and 16/100 Dollars ($4,875.16).
Grand Prize trip must occur from June 14, 2026 – June 14, 2027, or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), Winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.
*For a Grand Prize winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion.
All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a complimentary 5-day 4-night stay for four guests, including theme park tickets for admittance for 4 guests to all Universal Orlando Resort parks and a stay at an on-site hotel at Universal Orlando Resort. Universal Orlando Resort has sole decision on where to stay. If the Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility. Universal Volcano Bay water theme park will be closed for a seasonal refurbishment starting from October 26, 2026, with a currently planned reopening on or around before April 1, 2027. Winner should check universalorlando.com for up-to-date reopening details. If winner chooses to travel at a time that coincides with this extended closure, they will forfeit admission to Universal Volcano Bay water theme park without alternative substitution or further compensation.
Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner.
6. Random Drawing: One (1) prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 12, 2026 from among all eligible entries received in the Promotion by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
7. Winner Notification. Potential winner will be notified after the random drawing has occurred by the email provided upon entering. Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and any necessary tax documents (the “Prize Acceptance Documents”) within five (5) days of notification or prize will be forfeited. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may also be disqualified, and an alternate potential prize winner will be determined. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within two (2) business days after selection. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all entries received.
8. Redemption Details: Upon receipt of signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and any necessary tax documents, the verified Winner will receive the prize certificates with instructions to contact a representative of Universal Orlando Resort to redeem the Prize. Universal Orlando Resort will assist the Winner in making the necessary reservations. To redeem, the winner must contact the representative at least fifteen (15) business days prior to your visit. Redemption must occur by such dates described in the Prize section above or the Prize will be forfeited.
9. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, website inaccessibility, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or mail or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical, typographical or human errors that may occur in the processing of any entries in, or the administration of, this Giveaway. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Giveaway, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Publicity Rights: By acceptance of a Prize, each Winner agrees to allow Sponsor, Universal Orlando, and/or their designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, photos and/or likenesses, and statements for Giveaway, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except as and where prohibited by law.
11. Release: By acceptance of a Prize, the Winner releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Universal Orlando from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a Prize, or arising out of use of or participation in any Giveaway or Prize-related activity.
12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando or Sponsor arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in any portion of the prize involving Universal Orlando or Sponsor shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway. Any claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees, and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental, and/or consequential damages.

General: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules as stated herein and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Giveaway.
